Leslie Lausten, M.Ed has a wealthy background in elementary science instruction. She has taught a number of grades, and was a literacy coach and science lead instructor for over 30 years. She has an MEd in Science Training (Ok-8) and a Studying Specialist endorsement. At the moment, she is the East Coast FOSS Skilled Studying Specialist and enjoys serving to academics implement greatest practices into their science school rooms via significant experiences and literacy integration.

Dr. Jennifer Slavick

Dr. Jennifer Slavick, Ed.D., Director, Ok-12 Analysis Companion Engagement and Success at EAB, has a various skilled background spanning training and academic management. Starting as a highschool Biology instructor, she transitioned to roles similar to Assistant Director of Science for a Ok-12 city constitution community and Director of Skilled Studying and Implementation Companies for a Ok-8 science program. With a dedication to instructional excellence and a ardour for fostering a supportive atmosphere for educators, Dr. Slavick’s major focus at EAB is on the constructing techniques that assist Science of Studying and Early Literacy initiatives, bettering Instructor Morale, and Constructing a Excessive-Efficiency District. Dr. Slavick earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State College, a Masters of Training in Multicultural Training from Japanese College, and a Doctorate of Training in Training Administration and Public Coverage from West Chester College. Dr. Slavick has gained a number of awards, together with the Award for Excellent Science Instructor of the Yr from the Pennsylvania Society of Skilled Engineers, and the Award for Excellence in Scholarship in addition to a Certificates of Excellence from West Chester College.
